Hosing with Connector

The hosing is used to connect the hand pump to the cylinder.

Plug the connector into the top of the cylinder, and slip the other end of the hosing to the front of the hand pump.

Leather Strap

The adjustable leather strap is used after every pumping session to keep the blood in the penis, allowing for maximum results and expansion, while giving the tissue adequate rest from vacuum pumping.

Pumping Instructions

Once the hosing is properly connected to the cylinder and the pump, you are ready to begin!

Step 1: Prep Work

In order to get a good vacuum seal for the pump, it is recommended to trim or shave your pubic hair.

Step 2: Lubrication

Before you start pumping, we suggest to lubricate your penis, including the area at the base of the penis.
Apply lubrication to the base of the cylinder, to allow for maximum comfort and a better vacuum seal.

Make sure you only use water-based lubricant

Other types of lubrication will cause more wear and tear to the cylinder and the pump system.

Step 3: Placement

Place your ERECT penis inside the cylinder. Make sure you are seated or lying down comfortably.

Step 4: Start Pumping

Start pumping using the hand trigger.
After a few pumps, you should start to feel slight tension building around your penis.

As you pump, you will immediately see your erection start to grow. The vacuum is pulling more blood into your penis, causing it to expand.

Step 5: Gauge and Measure

To pump safely and effectively, pump until the gauge reaches between -5 and -7 mercury pressure.

During the final 3 minutes of pumping, increase the pressure by 2-3 mercury inches of power, but do not exceed -10 mercury pressure.

DO NOT exceed -10 mercury pressure.

If the vacuum pressure is too high, you can bruise, distress, and possible injure yourself.

If you feel any pain or distress, immediately release the pressure and stop using the pump. Pumping is supposed to be a pain free method of sexual enhancement. You may be using the system incorrectly, or do not have the appropriate size cylinder.

Step 6: Release and Hold

When you finished your pumping session, release the pressure and remove the penis from the cylinder.

Wash your penis and urinate after each pumping session.

Secure the included leather strap around the penis and scrotum. The strap should be worn for 30 minutes. This will hold more blood in the penis, encouraging the enlargement process.
